Matthias Götz  Matthias Götz has been member of the maihiro management team since February 2004 and responsible for maihiro Austria since July 2005. In 1996, Matthias Götz started as a consultant at ORACLE Austria, where he later on worked as project manager and was lastly responsible for the entire, intersectoral ORACLE eBusiness Applications consulting division.
Ali Gülerman  Prior to joining maihiro in July 2011 to assume responsibility for the Business Analytics division, Ali Gülerman was managing director of Business & Decision Deutschland GmbH, one of the world's leading corporate consultancy firms in the field of Business Intelligence and corporate management. From 2002 to 2006 he was responsible for European outsourcing projects as a director of the Serco Group. Prior to this, the 42-year-old industrial engineer devoted his time as founder and managing director to expanding the activities of GET IT, a consultancy firm specialising in e-commerce solutions.
Bernd Hesse  Before founding maihiro in the year 2000, Bernd Hesse worked as a consultant and project manager at Kiefer & Veittinger, the market leader for sales information systems, from 1995 to 1998. After the Kiefer & Veittinger takeover by SAP, Bernd Hesse assumed responsibility as a consulting director at SAP CRM CONSULTING between 1998 and 2000.
Uwe May  Before founding maihiro in the year 2000, Uwe May worked at CSC Ploenzke as a consultant and project manager for the financial services industry from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 until 2000, Uwe May assumed responsibility as global account manager for a worldwide leading bank at ORACLE Germany.
Mark Roes  Before founding maihiro in the year 2000, Mark Roes worked firstly at Kiefer & Veittinger as a consultant and project manager from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, Mark Roes assumed responsibility as a consulting director for the consumer packaged goods and retail industry at SAP CRM CONSULTING.
