Executives of SAP, ORACLE and Kiefer & Veittinger founded maihiro in March 2000. The managing directors are Bernd Hesse, Uwe May and Mark Roes as well as Matthias Götz for Austria. maihiro employs 70 people and has locations in Ismaning near Munich as well as in Vienna, Austria.

maihiro supports companies in the fields of CRM strategy, business process analysis and –optimisation, CRM software selection, training and change management. We moreover accompany our customers in roll-out, system management, quality, risk and project management. maihiro is SAP Special Expertise Partner for SAP CRM as well as Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics CRM consulting and implementation partner.

maihiro's customers are leading and internationally known companies of the following industries: automotive, banking and insurance, building and supply industry, chemical industry, branded and consumer goods, manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, retail, services, media and telecommunications..

Since 1994, members of our team have gained extensive CRM related experience in project management, process optimisation and implementation of K&V SALESmanager, SAP CRM, SAP BW, Oracle/Siebel CRM as well as Microsoft Dynamics CRM software - in German speaking countries and worldwide.

The maihiro management team consists of its members Matthias Götz, Bernd Hesse, Uwe May and Mark Roes.

Matthias Götz  Matthias Götz is a member of the maihiro mnagement team since February 2004 and responsible for maihiro Austria since July 2005. In 1996, Matthias Götz started as a consultant at ORACLE Austria, where he later on worked as project manager and was lastly responsible for the entire, intersectoral ORACLE eBusiness Applications consulting division.

Bernd Hesse Before founding maihiro, Bernd Hesse worked as consultant and project manager at Kiefer & Veittinger, the market leader for sales information systems, from 1995 to 1998. After the Kiefer & Veittinger takeover by SAP and before founding maihiro in 2000, Bernd Hesse assumed responsibility as a consulting director at SAP CRM CONSULTING between 1998 and 2000.

Uwe May  Before founding maihiro, Uwe May worked at CSC Ploenzke as consultant and project manager for the financial services industry from 1994 to 1998. From 1998 until 2000, before founding maihiro in 2000, Uwe May assumed responsibility as global account manager for a worldwide leading bank at ORACLE Germany.

Mark Roes  Before founding maihiro, Mark Roes worked firstly at Kiefer & Veittinger as consultant and project manager from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 2000, beforer founding maihiro in 2000, Mark Roes assumed responsibility as a consulting director for the consumer packaged goods and retail industry at SAP CRM CONSULTING.
