CRM consultancy maihiro on course for further growth

New organization structure for a larger branch and service portfolio

 


Ismaning bei München, 8 April 2008 – Eight years after its foundation, CRM consultancy maihiro GmbH is to create a new organization structure, so as to provide the best possible cover for the growing customer base with the extended service portfolio. In future a total of seven consulting teams will operate in and areas of business consulting, branch-specific CRM technology consulting, CRM application and process support services. The leaders of the various consulting teams will report directly to maihiro’s senior management.

“Our successful branch-specific approach to consulting and implementation, called ´CRM to Go´ enables us to create tangible added value for our customers,” explains Uwe May, one of the three managing directors of maihiro GmbH. “We are the only CRM consulting business that brings together branch processes, technology and people in a modular consulting package.” Uwe May is convinced that the new organization structure will help the business to follow the principles of “Living CRM” even when growth is increased even further.“

CRM Business Consulting: from determining CRM locations to analyzing customer value
The expansion of CRM business consulting with CRM location determination, business process analysis and optimization, non-manufacturer-dependent CRM software selection and evaluation and customer value analysis is the responsibility of Robert Asal. Having worked as a consultant at Kiefer & Veittinger and served as an assistant to the board at Atoss Software, Mr. Asal joined maihiro in 2001. His team now services customers such as Dorma, Eisenberger Wohnmöbel, Fuji, Hypovereinsbank and TridonicAtco.

Automotive: Customer classification in the automotive industry
“CRM to Go for Automotive” is a branch-specific consultation and implementation package based on SAP CRM and SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence and supports businesses from the automotive industry in mapping their customer contact history, model calendar, products or OEM products. The team, which has already been implementing and supporting CRM projects for many years, is currently headed up by maihiro’s managing director Bernd Hesse on a temporary basis.

Financial services: Private and corporate business for banks and insurance companies
German banks, such as DEG (a member of the KfW Group) and Westdeutsche Immobilienbank, as well as banks in Great Britain and in the Middle East, are among the customers in the financial services sector for whom Stefan Federkiel is responsible. A business graduate, Mr. Federkiel joined maihiro as a consultant in 2000 and worked for several years as a project manager for businesses in a variety of industries. He was recently entrusted with the task of developing cooperation with the insurance industry.

Manufacturing: 360-degree vision of the installed base and social networks
Jochen Mehrle (36), who worked for audius before joining maihiro in 2001, is assuming immediate responsibility for the manufacturing sector. His team advises businesses in the production and durable goods industries, as well as the construction industry in how to optimize sales, marketing and service processes and to support them in a through SAP CRM and SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence solutions. The customers in this sector include Glatfelter, Walter Titex Prototyp and Techem.

Process/Consumer Products: CRM consultation for pharmaceuticals, chemicals and consumer goods
Anke Lenz, who joined maihiro in January 2008, is taking over as manager of the process industry and consumer goods sectors. Most recently a CRM senior manager at Deloitte Consulting, the 38-year old began her career at Kiefer & Veittinger, a first generation CRM software manufacturer which was integrated into SAP in 1999. The customer supported by Ms. Lenz’ team include chemicals, pharmaceuticals and consumer good industries, such as Ecolab, Engelhard Arzneimittel, Merz Consumer Care or Merz Pharmaceuticals.

MAPS: operations management for CRM systems and processes
With four years’ experience as a CRM consultant and project manager at maihiro, Szabolcs Veres is responsible for building up the newly established service area of Managed Application and Process Services (MAPS). Before the 33-year-old business graduate joined maihiro, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Hungary.  MAPS supports customers such as Amersports, Westdeutsche Immobilienbank or Boehringer Ingelheim in operations management as well as process or system adjustments for already functioning SAP CRM and SAP NetWeaver Business Intelligence solutions.

Oracle CRM
The team under business and engineering graduate Katrin Darius (36) include Koch, Neff & Volckmar, Wincor Nixdorf and Knapp Logistik Automation in Austria. Before joining maihiro in 2003, Ms. Darius worked at Oracle Deutschland as a CRM consultant.

Since being founded in March 2000, the corporate consultancy business established by Bernd Hesse, Uwe May and Mark Roes has focused on the design and technical support for sales, marketing and service processes. Now, eight years later, the former senior managers at SAP, Oracle and Kiefer & Veittinger employ over 50 people in Germany. Since 2005, Matthias Götz has been responsible for the first maihiro foreign subsidiary, which is located in Vienna and whose customers include TridonicAtco, Würth or Zumtobel.
