Ismaning/Munich, July 17th 2009 – SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG has once again certified the CRM consultancy company maihiro GmbH as a Special Expertise Partner in the sectors automotive, banks, consumer products, life science (pharmaceuticals) and manufacturing as well as SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM). SAP also awarded maihiro the status of Special Expertise Partner for the sectors of trade, process industry and insurance for the first time.
“The certifications confirm our strategic orientation with the new organizational structure which we established a year ago, enabling us to support customers in sector-oriented consultancy teams,” explains Mark Roes, maihiro Managing Director. The consultancy company is one of just three strategic CRM partners of SAP in the process, pharmaceuticals, consumer products and manufacturing industry. SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG recently started the so-called Collaborate Business Initiative (CBI) especially for these sectors.
