Ismaning, near Munich, Germany, July 2, 2010 – A culture of innovation to achieve consistent customer value. Thanks to resourceful employees, the courage to break new ground, and creative marketing of new ideas, the consultancy has made it into Germany's top 100 innovators. The "Top 100" seal of quality was presented to maihiro GmbH by Lothar Späth on the evening of Thursday, July 1, in the Warnemunde district of Rostock, Germany.
maihiro is a consultancy that specializes in customer relationship management (CRM). Its 70 creative employees based in Ismaning near Munich and Vienna, Austria, are an endless source of new ideas. Uwe May and his co-founders support this display of initiative. At the suggestion of the employees, for example, the company has entered into new collaborative partnerships with universities and the issue of sustainability is gradually becoming a permanent aspect of life at the company. The climate of innovation is also thriving thanks to open and unbureaucratic competitions to source ideas for new services or to come up with new names and logos.
maihiro is also committed to furthering its employees' professional competencies and communication skills by offering relevant training. One of the newly designed training courses addresses the topic of conflict management. The company's annual "mai skill days" are also something special, giving employees the opportunity to train their colleagues in a range of areas, such as measuring customer satisfaction, automating campaigns, and deploying mobile CRM scenarios.
Over a period of several months, the Vienna University of Economics and Business assessed 248 medium-sized companies across Germany in terms of their approach to innovation. The 100 judged to be the best – maihiro included – will bear the seal of quality for the next year. "Good ideas that appeal to the market do not just appear out of nowhere. We work hard on them every day. Clearly we are delighted that our commitment is now being rewarded in this way. It is a confirmation that we are on the right path. Together with our customers we will continue to develop CRM innovations that safeguard lasting customer value," says Uwe May, one of the three co-founders and managing directors.
