Integration into the Accenture world

In its 20th anniversary year, the acquisition of Accenture marks the start of a new Customer Experience (CX) era.

With its SAP CX portfolio, maihiro will be located in the Accenture "Technology" division within the SAP Business Group (SBG) and will be responsible for the German-speaking market.

The roles of the maihiro founders in the new construct

With the additional services from the Accenture portfolio, we can now offer our CX consulting services even more fully and efficiently, from strategic consulting to post-project support. In addition, we can now also handle complex projects from the digital agency environment in all dimensions. This includes advanced SAP modules as well as other special NON SAP solutions - e.g. in the AI or IOT environment.
