Project Goal

  • Support for the implementation of campaigns with the Audi SAP CRM and the SAP BW system “KUBA” for the German market

Project Focus

  • Support for the implementation of email, print and telephone campaigns and for multi-wave and multi-channel campaigns

  • Assistance with the design of campaigns and coordination with all relevant service providers
  • Preparing the system for response recording via the Service Center (CIC) and the external recording system and import via interface (SAP PI)

  • Monitoring of all relevant interfaces for campaign operation
