Better integration of customer-oriented business processes

  • Expansion of the interaction with its customers, Austria-wide rollout of the CRM solution for all eight wholesale markets and their sales representatives

Project focus

  • Definition of CRM processes based on existing requirements
  • Introduction of SAP CRM 7.0 on the basis of a prototype-based best practice approach, “CRM to Go” for the wholesale trade
  • Integration of SAP CRM into the existing SAP ERP system and a data warehouse from MicroStrategy

  • A traditional company which has been offering the best to the restaurant industry for more than 50 years, was renamed in 2016 to Transgourmet Österreich GmbH and as Transgourmet Austria is part of the second largest company in the European cash and carry and delivery wholesale segment.
