With the digitization of all areas of life, the classic publishing business is faced with a fundamental change from print provider to communication partner of its customers across all media.

New customer acquisition and customer retention play a central role in the rapidly changing publishing business. With the help of maihiro, we have developed our CRM strategy in all areas that focus on the customer, from the advertising market, through the reader market and online marketing, to central marketing. Our CRM roadmap, which we are now gradually implementing together with maihiro, is based on this.

The Allgemeine Zeitung Mainz, the Wiesbadener Kurier, the Darmstadt Echo, and the Giessener Anzeiger appear under the umbrella brand.
