  • Fast customer segmentation for e.g. the customer recovery process
  • To merge customer data from diverse data sources

Project focus

  • Implementation of SAP Hybris Marketing S/4 HANA
  • Master data and order data integration from source systems (in total 2,88 million interactions as well as 1.1 million contacts)
  • Campaign management
  • Preparation of process interfaces for the scheduled SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales implementation

The Allgemeine Zeitung Mainz, the Wiesbadener Kurier, the Darmstadt Echo, and the Giessener Anzeiger appear under the umbrella brand.
