maihiro is showing mobile software solutions for successful sales at the CRM-expo

Highlights include a practical example of mobility and an exciting Live Cloud Duel

CRM consultancy maihiro is presenting the latest cloud and mobility solutions at the CRM-expo in Stuttgart (8 - 10 October 2014) on the SAP stand 4D56 in Hall 4. The highlights of the company’s presence at the trade fair are a lecture on ‘mobile innovations in sales’ and a live cloud duel between SAP and Microsoft software.

At the trade fair stand, maihiro will present SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP Cloud for Social Engagement, SAP Customer Engagement Intelligence, SAP Jam for Internal Social Networks and SAP Fiori plus other mobility solutions.

One of the highlights is the lecture in the direkt-Forum CRM-expo in Hall 4, Stand 4A75. This lecture demonstrates how sales success can be achieved through mobile innovations. Using a project from the consumer goods sector, the CRM experts at maihiro demonstrate what kind of benefits companies will get if they integrate orders with the SAP Retail Execution APP or maiConnect as well as a simple CRM integration with Outlook.

A live duel will take place in the Business-Forum of the CRM-expo in Hall 4, Stand 4D74, on 9 October at 12:30 pm. Here, maihiro will be presenting the best practice scenario “Sales opportunity and collaboration” by comparing SAP and Microsoft software. This will demonstrate how processes are simplified by using SAP Cloud for Sales and SAP Jam as an internal social network. And it also shows how employees communicate effectively with other team members despite time and distance constraints whereby customer information is processed locally but available centrally.

If you are unable to attend the CRM-expo, you will have the chance to take part in individual webinars. For further information go to: http://bit.ly/1pbKICt
