CRM consultancy firm maihiro opens a new branch in Berlin

Proximity to research facilities should spur on the development of new products

CRM consultancy firm maihiro has just opened its third German office in Berlin. In addition to many innovative companies, the Berlin- Aldershof science and technology park is home to six institutions from the Humboldt University and ten non-university research facilities. In Berlin, maihiro will not only be pressing ahead with the development of its own products, but also with developments for client projects.


With a revenue of around €16.5 million, the CRM consultancy firm maihiro recently concluded its most successful financial year since the company was founded. It currently employs 110 employees and has just opened its third German branch in Berlin which employs eight specialists. In order to generate further growth, experts with knowledge in SAP CRM will be on site constantly, and maihiro is on the lookout for SAP Cloud for Customer as well as other SAP Cloud products.


Business activity in Berlin will be particularly focused on the field of product development. This will lead to the development of new versions of successful, company-own maiConnect and maiDuplicate Check solutions. Product support and product implementations will also be among the tasks being performed. Further cloud-based solutions are currently in the planning and development stage. maihiro will be working at full speed on innovative products and expansions that are based on SAP cloud technology and the HANA platform.


What is more, the Berlin team will be supporting numerous customer-specific CRM developments that are regularly called upon for large-scale projects as a result of their complex processes.
