Cloud CRM Software: Award for maihiro
Consultancy firm maihiro is first partner in the Dach region to be awarded SAP Expertise certification. Customers want partner know-how when selecting software.
In June, consultancy firm maihiro became the first company in the DACH region to gain the Recognized Expertise (REX) Certificate in Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud Solutions from the Walldorf-based software manufacturer SAP. Europe’s biggest software manufacturer awards this certificate to partners demonstrating “product know-how and delivery capabilities in their relevant specialist field”. Following its CRM certification last year, maihiro has now also proven its expertise in cloud solutions for sales, customer service and marketing.
Cloud CRM software is in increasing demand, and certification can help company decision-makers find the right consulting partner. For example, sales software (SAP Hybris Cloud for Sales) installed by maihiro is now in use at GATX Rail Europe, a Europe-wide freight car leasing company. Before its implementation, two other contenders were in the running in addition to SAP. According to Johannes Friess, Business Unit Manager at GATX, it was “the professionalism” of SAP, and in particular its implementation partner maihiro, that stood out “even when compared with the competition”. Moreover, even before the offer was made, maihiro consultants had looked at GATX’s business model in greater detail than the competition. It was also “already possible to see what the tool would be like”. According to Friess, all this meant that they built up a good relationship with the people involved, which ultimately clinched it for the SAP system when the time came to make a decision.
Uwe May is delighted with the SAP REX certification for cloud CRM solutions, which will now enable maihiro to prove its expertise at an early stage. May, founder and CEO of maihiro, stresses that getting this certificate was no easy task. “SAP set out very tough assessment criteria for us to meet,” says May. Despite their first-rate project experience, the consultants had to work hard to prepare to take on the relevant requirements. Matthias Götz, CEO of maihiro’s Austrian subsidiary that received the REX, agrees. Because the GATX project – a reference for the certification process – was also a challenge, but such challenges offered the opportunity to show just how well-equipped the company is. It therefore comes as no surprise that maihiro Germany is also on the verge of being awarded the Recognized Expertise Certificate in Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud Solutions.
