Partially agile “maiMethod” project methodology
With “maiMethod” we digitize your customer journey in iterative partially agile project steps and elevate your customer experience to a new level.
In an initial, intensive evaluation phase, we define, among other things, portfolio components and, based on these, the implementation strategy.
In the first part of the implementation, the project preparation phase, we ensure that the project environment is technically functional, create access to the SAP system environments, and carry out the kick-off on this basis.
Then comes the final definition of the scope of the solution using a process—and use case mapping.
The actual implementation phase is divided into several development cycles that focus on the respective use cases and processes.
This is followed by quality assurance and preparation for technical and functional go-live by enabling the support organization.
